Domestic Orders
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We now have several shipping options to choose from.
1. You can get FREE standard delivery.
2. You can upgrade to Priority shipping (2-3 business days) with signature confirmation for only $7.00 (we recommend this for large orders or for people who work during delivery hours to ensure that your package is not left outside).
3.You can upgrade to Priority shipping (2-3 business days)for $5.00 (your package will be left outside if no one is home-no signature is required).
4. If you have any concerns about your package being left outside, but DO NOT want Priority shipping we recommend upgrading to signature confirmation for only $3.00.
An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you that will include a tracking number for your package. This service is provided free of charge. Starscarves.com cannot be held responsible for loss or theft of items once they have been shipped.
*Note: If it is near a Muslim Holiday such as Eid, we recommend that you select Priority Shipping to ensure you receive your package on time. How, ever this must be done at least 4-5 business days before the actual holiday. We do not offer overnight shipping at this time.

International Orders
Flat Rate Shipping
Enjoy our "no surprises" international flat rate shipping. We will use a variety of couriers to ensure the fastest and safest delivery possible. Because we ship to most countries, we do not subscribe to any one courier for our international shipping. If tracking is available to your country we will email you the courier service we used and the tracking information for your items. If tracking is not available, we will email you with the date that your items were shipped and the expected time for delivery. For international shipping most carriers require a telephone number. Please be sure to provide a phone number where you can be reached. StarScarves.com cannot be held responsible for loss or theft of items once they have been shipped. ***We recommend that our international customers (especially outside Canada and UK) use PayPal during checkout for faster order processing. Your PayPal address must be confirmed and account must be verified. Your order may take several days to verify by bank. We do this for our customers protection.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly take it back. We do NOT allow refunds on items that are in our jewelry boutique--only store credit or exchanges. Please note that we can only accept items for return within 7 days after the receipt of your order. Also, the items must meet the following criteria:
1. The item is not worn outside. 2. The item does not have a persistent odor. (i.e. Perfume, mothballs) 3. The item is in its original condition and clean. 4. The item is not washed. 5. The item is in its original packaging and has all labels and tags attached.
How to Return:
E-mail us at returns@starscarves. com so that we can issue you a return order number. You must have a return order number or your return WILL NOT be accepted. You will be required to send your order via United States Postal Service (USPS) with a tracking number. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We will give the mailing return address and more detailed instructions via email.
