We offer FREE standard shipping with a delivery confirmation number to all delivery points in the United States. Standard delivery takes approximately 3-5 business days (M-F) to be delivered to your address after StarScarves.com processes your order. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing time. Customers whose delivery address is in the United States also have the option of upgrading to Priority Mail® shipping for $5.00. Priority Mail® shipping means that your order will take approximately 2-3 business days (M-F) to be delivered AFTER StarScarves.com processes your order. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing time. Customers in the United States also have the option of Signature Confirmation® for an additional $3.00. Signature Confirmation® means someone will have to sign for the package upon arrival at the delivery address. This is the best option for people living in apartments or places where packages are often lost by the USPS. All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS), so we DO deliver to Post Office boxes. StarScarves.com is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once you are issued a delivery confirmation number, this means that StarScarves.com has processed and sent your order for shipping. We no longer have control over when your order will be delivered. Again, signature confirmation is HIGHLY recommended. During holiday seasons,(eg. Ramadan, Eid, etc.) we recommend that our customers select the Priority Mail® shipping option for faster delivery time.







Canadian Customers

There is a $5.95 flat rate shipping charge for any size order. You will be given a customs form number that will track your delivery to the United States Border. Once your package has crossed over into Canada, your order can no longer be tracked by our system and you will be responsible for contacting the Canadian Royal Mail service regarding the delivery of your package. We have never had a problem with delivery to Canada. It takes about 10-14 business days (M-F) for delivery. Remember you must exclude American AND Canadian holidays! We recommend our store because our hijab is less expensive than Canadian websites and our low shipping rates make it easy for you to order every time we have a sale! United Kingdom Customers (UK)

There is a $19.95 flat rate shipping charge for any size order. You will be given a customs form number that will track your delivery to the United States Border. Once your package has crossed over into The United Kingdom, your order can no longer be tracked by our system and you will be responsible for contacting the United Kingdom’s postal service regarding the delivery of your package. We have never had a problem with delivery to The United Kingdom. It takes about 10-14 business days (M-F) for delivery. Remember you must exclude American AND UK holidays! We recommend our store because our hijab is less expensive than UK websites and our low shipping rates make it easy for you to order every time we have a sale! We do offer free shipping UK on orders $60 and up. Use coupon code uk1995 on the second page of checkout. This coupon never expires. We recommend that our UK customers use PAYPAL to pay for your items. This allows for faster processing time.







International Customers (Outside the US, Canada, and UK)

There is a $45.00 flat rate shipping charge for any size order. You will be given a customs form number that will track your delivery to the United States Border. Once your package has crossed over into your country, your order can no longer be tracked by our system and you will be responsible for contacting your country’s postal service regarding the delivery of your package. The delivery time varies by country. Remember you must exclude American AND your country’s holidays! We will not ship to many countries for security purposes. We recommend that ALL INTERNATIONAL customers use PAYPAL to pay for your items. This allows for faster processing time. StarScarves.com reserves the right to reject orders for any reason whatsoever, especially for security and verification purposes.

Conditions for Return:

Please note that we can only accept items for return within 7 days after the receipt of your order. Also, the items must meet the following criteria:

1. The item is not worn outside. 2. The item does not have a persistent odor. (i.e. Perfume, mothballs) 3. The item is in its original condition and clean. 4. The item is not washed. 5. The item is in its original packaging and has all labels and tags attached.

How to Return:

E-mail us at returns@starscarves. com so that we can issue you a return order number. You must have a return order number or your return WILL NOT be accepted. You will be required to send your order via United States Postal Service (USPS) with a tracking number. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We will give the mailing return address and more detailed instructions via email.
